Default car does not react to remote.

I just bought a nitro powered truggy off ebay which is called a cheetah. I can not get it to respond to the remote after I start it. I have checked the remote against one of my other cars that I have and the remote works fine. I have also replaced the transmitter in the car and I still have no response. Would any of you have a clue on what is wrong with it, because I have no clue. Any help would be thankful.

I know the crystals are good because I have used them with another car and it worked fine. I have replaced the reciever also. I don't know what it could be. I also can't make the steering doing anything either I don't know if this helps.

I checked the voltage of the batteries to the reciever and they all read good.

Checking battery voltage in an unloaded situation is useless. The very first thing to check is the batteries. After that, if you're absolutely sure that the tx and rx are good then the only things left are the servos.

Make sure everything is plugged in and you're using the right receiver with the right transmitter.
