Default Changing direction of starter box motor??

I know you can just switch the + and - but I saw this dude that had a 3 way switch or something to change the direction of the spin on the motor? Do you guys know what type of switch I need, something at radio shack maybe??

DPDT with a center off that will handle 20A or so should do what you want

You need a double pull, double throw (dpdt) switch and if you want it to function as an on/off switch too you need one with an off center. That switch is spring loaded and will return to center as soon as you let go of it. Don't you really want one that will stay in the direction you flip it? Personally, I'd be looking at a rocker style switch or a slider switch rather than a paddle style.
