Why only 800mah? They come with much more capacity than that and aren't nearly that expensive. You also need to pay attention to the discharge ability of the battery. I'd reccomend one with the ability to hit at least 20C.

3s lipos have a nominal ratimg of 11.1v. A full charge usually reads around 4.2 v/cell, 12.6v for a 3s pack and they should NEVER be discharged to below 3v per cell, 9v on a 3s pack.
