Default Getting Started.

I would like to get a nitro r/c car but I don't want to buy something I don't know about. I see a few starter kits on ebay for $150-$400 and would like to buy one I just and unsure of what I should look for in a car. I would like a buggy or truggy and would like to pay around $150-$300 for my first car. One car i was looking at is " http://cgi.ebay.com/NITRO-RC-CAR-RAD...QQcmdZViewItem " I was wonder if someone could tell me how good this would be for starting out. Some other questions I have is how long do the cars run for with full tank of nitro and how long to the batteries in the car last (i think there are battleries in the car >.<) Could anyone help me out?

You need to buy something that is a brand name you know you will not have problems getting parts for. First you need to decide what type of vehicle you want and what is top dollar you are willing to spend. Keep in mine you will need all the accessories that go along with it like plug igniter, fuel bottle, fuel and so on. I recommend for a buggy a Hyper 7 and for a truggy a Hyper ST. Now a good truggy is going to cost more then a buggy. Are you only going to bash or are you planning of racing?
