Dooooooood

The worst I've done is forgetting to re-connect the brake to the servo on my nitro truck. I just got the crap scared out of me, the thing wasn't going fast enough to do any damage, just have to turn and turn to slow it down.

First time heli flyer, got my heli in the afternoon, charged the batteries and tried to hover at night in the living room, shred my carbon fiber main blades and tail blades, bent the tail boom, and damaged the upholstery of one chair.

Got to start reading the manual first.

Non RC Car related, I've done 175 km/h down a hill in a Nissan Pulsar, not realising it'll take longer for it to stop at those speeds. Did about 120 around a corner that you're meant to do 75 around. Haha. Got the crap scared out of me. Taught me lesson though, more of a lesson than a soeeding ticket, never speed. It isn't good, no way, and no sarcasim also. I almost died that day, because if a truck was in the other lane, I'd be dead. [X(]
LMAO! NIssian Pulsar at 120 MPH!!!

When I still had the Pro.15 in my T-Maxx I did the carb flip to straighten the throttle linkage. I then had to reverse the thottle/brake servo. A couple days later I was out in front of my house and my RX batteries went low and the fail safe kicked in. Unfortunately i didn't think about re-setting the failsafe after I reversed the servo and the failsafe went WOT instead of applying the brakes. The truck ran into the neighbor's new garage door and put a big dent in it. That was an expensive ($275 for 1 panel and labor to install) lesson.
