Hi trey3670...

I'm sure the airplane thing will work out.....somehow
I see your into heli's also. When you have time to give us a mini report on the raptor v2 I'd sure like to hear what you think about it. I know this is the car/truck forum...but it's still RC, right?

Happy flying!

well this is my first foray into the heli world,i pretty much stink at flying planks, soooo i did my research here and elsewhere, and the thunder tiger raptor v2 had the most votes by far so i got one and man i got to admit this thing is cool! im into putting them together and this thing has alot of assemblly req'd so im happy, the only thing i have to compare it to is rc cars, never put another heli together so i cant say anything in comparasion to that, but i can say anyone who has put a car/truck together from a kit version will be right at home, the details are much more important though, fer instance,ya make the ball link to short for the steering on a car,it pulls to right,ya stop an fix it,do that in a heli you will find out what a "chicken dance" is!(i guess they look like that when they crash) but it seems to be of very high quality, got an os motor in it so i feel ok right now, about 1/8th of the way assembbled now
