That mostly depends on what you want to do with it.
Street, dirt, short grass it's pretty good, long grass, big rocks, not so much.
It is a pretty durable little car with lots of hop-ups available.
It's not all that fast out of the box but, again, there are lots of hop-ups that can make it very fast.
It really is a pretty decent starter truck, if that's what you're asking.
I just noticed that you're asking about the buggy and it is decent but the Stadium Truck version of the Evader is, IMHO, a bit better for all round use. It has higher ground clearance among other things I prefered so did better in rougher terrain/a bit longer grass.
