Ive got a friend with a Traxxas Nitro Rustler and I have a Losi XXXnt sport with a Mach .15. I am looking for an engine that can keep up with the 2.5 in his rustler.

Well if you cant beat em...join em. You could get a 2.5, thats one of the most powerfull .15's out there. But if you wanna be different, another good choice would be a Fantom fr15. Some people on these boards have them and love them. They have very good specs also (1.25 HP, 40k rpm).

Sirio TX .18, 1.9 HP 40K max RPM. Direct drop in and excepts the EZ Start 2 on the 2.5. Got one sitting here on the computer desk anlong with a new TMAXX still in the box. Price was $189 at acehobbies.

I was thinking of putting the .18 in my RC10GT but I am worried how will it affect balance. Also I don't think the rustlers handle that well compared to the losi or associated. From what I have experenced in the last month.

The '03 Fantom .15 is rated at 1.35 hp, not 1.25 hp, and is just as powerful as the 2.5. The Sirio makes an insane amount of power.
