Okay so i started the car, And its idling really high. All 4 wheels are spinnign pretty quickly. I was wondering if there is a screw to turn that lowers the idle. I have messed with pocket bike engines before but never these little engines. They seem to be really similar just smaller. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Yes the idle adjustment screw. It should have a small spring around part of the thread to identify it.
If adjusting that doesn't help it could be a tuning problem or the throttle linkage may not be properly set up

This is a link to the Traxxas website. Obviously it's not your engine so the settings won't be the same but most nitro engines are similar and it will give you the general idea of what and where the needles are.

Also, if you don't have tuning experience - I assume you do not - this is a good link for the tuning procedure. Again, not your motor but the procedure is the same.

I got the thing running now. I went down and messed with it outside trying to lower the idle. If i lowered it too much it would shut off. If i lowered it just right so it still ran, the tires would still spin a bit. And once i sat it on the ground it would stall. Hmmm...
