I have used their online form for email support, I have only received a confirmation, no questions answered at all. The last contact i received from them was five days ago, and that was automated. Is their support really that bad? I noticed more of the same type of comments in their own forum.

I haven't had a lot of good luck with them, but I have just dealt with it.
