servo connector too BIG!!!! HELP

Hi i have a losi xxcr kinwalld edition which has its original servo in however the connector is to big to fit in my transmitter i ws wondering if i would be able to change the connector with one from a newer servo thats fits fine into the reciever.

no it doesnt the connector just desnt fit in the reciever thanks tho .... i no i asked before bt do you think i could change the actual connector of the old servo with a newwer conector that fits into the reciever

Do you have a photograph? Servo connectors are usually pretty similar, i'm intruiged as to what connector you've got...

here are thre picures of the connector.hope this helps with my questions . so could i just change the connector with a newer one thats fits in my transmitter?

That appears to be a regular servo plug.. i can't understand how you're having a problem. And you did mean receiver in that last post, right?

yeh i meant reciever but it is too big to fit in. and is bigger than all my other servo connectors on all my other cars. taht y i am wondering whether i can just change the connector itself of the servo

First off, the servos plug into the reciever on the car, not the transmitter - which is the handheld part.
Second, a picture of one does not help much. If you could show a photo of the two plugs (large and small) togeather or a photo of the plug and the reciever you're trying to connect too so that we can see the relitive sizes, that may help.
But the simplest answer to your question is, yes, you can change the plugs out and everything should still work fine. For best results you really should solder any wiring connections and use a heat shrink tubing to seal the splice. If you search around you may also be able to find an adapter from one size to the other.

looks like a standard servo plug. if ur receiver is a micro (airtronics or JR, then u have to trim down the sides of the plug. be careful & not take too much off. sharp xacto knife should do the trick. like i said just take a little at a time. & when u go to check it make sure the plug is perfectly aligned w/ the hole. these are real tight fits
