check the brake linkage adjustment, check the brake pads and set-up, depends on what radio ur using coz it can be adjusted from it too....and most check the BRAKE FLUID!!

check brake parts - pads, discs, linkage, etc for wear/damage
adjust linkage
replace pads
get a stronger throttle servo
get a bigger rxbattery pack

learn how to spell "brakes"...not "breaks" unless the brakes are broke.
i'm just messing with you. do you have the owners manual that comes with the car? they usually have step by step instructions on how to do these sorts of things. if you don't have it, you can usually go to the manufacturer's web site and find a pdf document there.
good luck

My cars the same iv got an Inferno GT.
CRAP is too good a word to describe the stock brakes. They got some nerve selling the car like that.
Anyway with my car its 2 things, the first is that the servo is too weak, and the second, bigger reason is the poor brake pads. Iv taken off whatever was on them (some rubbery feeling sh*t) and taken them back to the steel. The brake disc is also steel. Steel on steel dosnt work, so iv been meaning to make a fibreglass disc for it, still havnt gotten around to it though. The cars been off the road for about 3 weeks.
The fibre glass guy I spoke to at the factory said it wont work because when it gets hot it will explode, but maybe with the right design the heat will disipate enough to keep it cool. Iv got all the stuff I need but I havnt done it yet, havnt even made the mold yet. Have a look and if this is the problem then ill let you know how I went as soon as iv done it.

Ive been running the Racers Edge Super High Temp ones with steel calipers.
Get the Racers Edge Super High Temp brake discs of Amain hobbies.
They're fiber discs, and trust me, these thing can take heat. 40 Min A-Mains and still stop on a dime.
And try and get part #87049 for the calipers. Just use the calipers and leave the pads, throw them on ebay or something..

Alternatively

Just get part #87049, and use that with the stock discs, they have rubber pads supplied, which Ive used, they are 100% better than stock, but the racers edge ones generate enough power to flip my truck on asphalt...
