How many posts are you going to make about this car?
I think others already warned in another thread about your wheel/tire choice.
The Jato has a very flimsy chassis, so the gear mesh between the clutch bell and the spur gear is always changing. I am sure the ridiculously large tires you put on the car made this several times worse. My friend's Jato flexes the chassis when hit the brakes, if you watch carefully. If your motor was loose, that also probably wore the gear down prematurely.

well, i didn't see your other thread. but, i will say you need to take off the baja tires(they'er way, way, way to BIG). if you want bigger than stock tires, get some 2.2 moabs(you'll also need 2.2 rims). and as for the spur gear, if your motor was loose. what do you think will happen? a stripped spur gear, also when you replace the spur gear. make sure that you properly set the mesh between the spur gear and the clutch bell.

Yeah take the tires off put on some smaller rear tires and tighten the engine down. The loose engine will tear the crap out of a spur gear, and those huge tires arent makeing anything better, there just way to big or tires to work
