best thing since sliced bread i have the tmaxx 2.5 with easy start. my first nitro. i have always and still am a electric guy. but any way i got i one question would it hurt the motor if i leave the ignitor on the plug while the motor gets up to running temp? thanks

No, it won't hurt, but if you're tuned right it shouldn't need to be on much longer than the start up
If the engine constantly dies when you remove the ignitor you're likely either too rich or have a bad glow plug

or your engine is losing compression (happened to me twice)
