find a pic you want, save it to your picture folder, open it in paint, click "select all", resize to 85x85, then resize the white background to 85x85, save it, go to edit profie on your rcu homepage, click forum settings, click "upload my picture under "my avatar", click browse and find your picture then wait for it to upload.
