Default Yet another T-Maxx question....

Hi Guys....I was running the T-M yesterday and I stripped a gear in the transmission .... When I went to the LHS to get the part, the part he has is different than what is in my truck, doesn't even look like the picture in the manual. It does work, but is different. Do any of you guys know if there was an upgrade in this area, and if so, which is the newer part? Look at the pic I attached, the replacement part is on the right, the difference is where the gear engages the other gear, the original gear had a spline, the replacement is a square drive....Coop

Default Yet another T-Maxx question....

Hi John....Yea, thats what I'm thinking, the parts manual only showed the one on the right. My truck is the newer version, has the bulkhead braces, and the newer style body mounts, so maybe they just haven't updated the parts listing yet....Coop
