Donny....
That would be Correct......
Allow me to add a couple facts.....

The Engine you Pictured, is the engine that comes in the 1/10 touring cars. It is a Rotary arm Carb that has only an IDLE screw and HSN. It does Not have a LSN.

The engines in the Mega P vehicles come with a SLIDE Carb and Have HSN, LSN and Idle adjust screws.

if that is the engine, it does not have one, not all engines have a low speed needle, some only have a high speed needle.

They are a little more ruff around the edges and prone to stalling if they get to hot or are to cold. Nothing bad about it but its very, very old school [&o]

actually in the long run, its easier to tune a 2 needle carb, its hard to hit the sweet spot with one needle then two.
