ok, i was reading a lot and i found that a whole lot of people are having problems with the trx 2.5, the main thing i need to know is this: which truck (tmaxx or savage) will require less money in repairs. i dont plan on running it all 'hardcore' or whatever you people call it
i just want an offroad truck that will stay together bashing around my backyard or around in the street/a parkinglot. i will be racing it on the local racetrack eventually, but not til i get decent at controlling it. lol. between the tmaxx and savage, which one is more of a pain when it comes to durability issues?

If you don`t have your heart set on trucks, the Tamiya Gravel Hound is great! I can take on any terrain except for water and big rocks as its a buggy so it doesn`t have much ground clearance. It`s virtually indestructable I`ve flipped it, hit curbs a max. speed etc...
Overall the Gravel hound is one of the best racers out there.
P.S. does anyone know how to make an offroad racetrack? :-)

Fail safes are a must.
Fail safes are a must.
Unless you want your car to get out of range and take off at 60mph, probably to cause severe damage to someone or something. you need failsafe. i dont know how much i can tell you its important but it is a MUST not a want a NEED!
think about it. it will come in useful and you will thank me!
