Default Kits

If someone inexperienced with building a kit decided to build one, about how long would it take to build one?

Depends on the style of the kit. Most instructions are easy to follow. You can do one in a couple of days. I buillt a Axial 10 rock crawler in less than 4 hours with painting. It took my cousin 16+ hours. It depends how fast you can read and comprehend. If you need some assurance you can do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know I can do it (after the F-15 anything is possible), I was just wondering if it would take me long enough to build it so that I could save enough money for a nice Radio System, and engine.

You can do it in 1 day or 1 week.

I recentely built an X2 Truggy in about 10 hours ( Jump onto the Truggy Section and follow the build ).

Just keep yourself organized and keep all Distractions away....

I think I'll have to take my time with it. I don't want to put any shoddy business in it, just cause I'm anxious.

my first hobby grade car period (1/10 scale stadium truck) took me about 8 hours to build. built it on the my bedroom floor, parts scattered all over the place. im also dyslexic to i kept building stuff backwards and id have to take it back apart and rebuild. a normal organized person could probably have built it in 5 hours.

my brother built a XXXT in about 10 hours, and he's a complete idiot when it comes to tools and anything mechanical. i kid you not, before he started he had to ask me which way to turn the screws to tighten them!

4wd will take you longer
