Default Stalling

Ok I started break in... (I dont have a temp gun) Did the 1st tank while sitting there with wheels off the ground, Though It stalled quite a few times then to.. It kept going high(wheels spinning) and then slow down and back up and then slow, and would eventually stall...

eventually got to the second tank, now I start it, and then like 3-7 seconds later it stalls while idle, before I can even get it moving.

What do I need to do to get it to stay on.. Do i need to lean it or rich it... This is my first Nitro RC.

And should I let it cool in between all 3 breakin tanks?

Ok now I have a worst problem.. Every time I start it it rips straight to full throtle.. even though the trigger is not pulled... The idle screw is loose(low RPMs) and high and low are still factory flush.. *** is wrong?????
