Hey everyone,
I was using my Traxxas Revo 3.3 the other day. I was having a lot of fun with it around the yard, until i bumped into a tree and broke the silver 'pushrod' on the front left of the truck. The hobby store is a little ways away from where I live so I decided to create a small fix until I can buy the new rod for the truck. Luckly, my Knex kit from when I was younger really helped me out. I used one of the small Knex sticks and a couple of the clips to hold it in place. I just screwed it to the truck just as if it was a normal pushrod being attached. It worked great, I was able to bring it back out in the yard and keep on riding. Although, sometimes the Knex pieace snaps out and you have to reconnect it which only takes a second. I added a few attached pictures to give you a better idea of what I did.
Overall, it came in quite handy and will do just fine. You can't really do any jumps as the Knex pieace snaps out of place but it works well for a small little fix. It fits perfectly as well which surprised me the most.

Thanks daddimike!
Also, does anyone know any stronger rods that I can buy besides the ones made by Traxxas, and hopefully won't break as easily?
