I prefer the single speed due to the fact that I have had nothing but problems with 2 speeds.

the 2 speeds in the megap's shift nicely everytime. I do prefer the 3 diff setup in the truggy and the buggy (mxb, mtr).

I second that.....
The 2 speed works Flawlessly on my MXT-2S. I like it a lot!

I am hopin to start the Break In for my new MXB-3 (Mega-P buggy with DIFF instead of Tranny) today and Ive heard great things about That too.
I'll let Ya'all know what I think of the difference after I run it a bit.

I'm guessin that you cant go wrong with either....
The 2 speed has Got to be faster(top speed) in a straight line, but the Diff will probably be quicker off the line and Tunable if you do a lot of Off Roading.

all depends on were you plan to run....I will say that the 2 spd is not much faster then the 3 diff but yeah it is faster....if you plan to run on a track the 2spd is useless in my opinion...I prefer the 3 diff due to the fact that were I run is a small course with jumps and I would never hit 2nd...if you run on the street mostly u may prefer 2spd...I do think a 3 diff will get outta the hole faster then 2spd...I also beleive that a 3 diff is easier to maintain

I have to agree..... If you plan on bashing or racing stay with a single speed if you wanna do speed runs then ya the 2 speed.

Joey......

I finally finished Breaking in my Buggy (MXB-3) with the Center Diff.......

All I can say is WOOO HOOO!!!. The low end torque is Huge. Donuts and Wheel Spins all day long, and that INSTANT ACCELERATION that you need just before you Launch off a jump is Right There at your command!......

I would have to Guess (I havent runn side by side with Kupplers 2 Speed yet) that the 2 speed probably has a bit more top speed.
However, the single speed is no slowpoke! Definitely faster than my Viper.
But the Center Diff DEFINITELY has the Advantage in the Dirt. I think I'm gonna put some Taller (Cushy) Tires on the Buggy for Jumping, just to see what she will do!
