torq .16 engine trouble

I have a maximum st and once it starts running, its on full throttle and its really loud. a few seconds later, the engine starts to slow down. once i press the throttle, it doesnt go anywhere..

Sounds like you needles are off, you need to re-tune to manufacturers settings in the manual (or contact them).
Best bet is to take it in to the local hobby shop and have them look at it. Watch and learn what they do.
Hard to diagnose engine problems over the board, but you can search and find tons of threads with the same problem

omg...i know this post is 2 years old....but i know what the prblem is/was. the rod that connects the wheels to the transmission is loose.....my lhs guy even pulled it straight out with his hands..all u gotta do is put some tubing (fuel line tube) on both sides (wheel side and tranny side) so that it wont slide out either way.
