Concept or reality?
How about have a radio controller that gives road feedback. such as vibration or ...
transferring the road effect back the the radio to give more feel.
Like playing a racing game with steering wheel on the computer, we can feel the road effect. It would be cool.

Yes, it would, and I personally would love that sort of telemetry. Unfortunately, the only thing into telemetry so far is what Nomandio and Spektrum have don: such as reading back engine RPM, RC speed, engine heat, batt voltage. Nomandio does it the best, by way of transceiver, where Spektrum only does it by way of a separate transceiver module.
