Lime Green/Yellow wheels
I am only 2 months into the hobbie. I just bought my first RC magazine. I see lots of those bright ***** wheels. They look stupid to me. What's the deal?

Part style and for me part vision if I have bright colored wheels I dont have to paint the body some bright color to help see the vehicle on the far side of the track.

If you don't like them, don't buy them. There are lots of other choices including white dyeable ones that you can makewhatever color you want.
Perspnally I like them in certain stuations but definatly not on everything.

I know there's gotta be something "cool" about them. I just wanted to know what it is. I'm new to this RC thing. Maybe after I'm into it a while I'll be wanting a set for my rides. In all actuallity... I'm probably to doofis, with my $250 truck. I just enjoy the look of a kid riding his bike and being passed by a little RC truck. kinda funny.

by product of the 80's and early 90's. you should have seen some of the manufacture logo's and stickers back then. i remember guys running neon green, fluorescent yellow and even pink!
they better not ever take away my fluorescent yellow wheels!
