Convert Lipo balancer from 3a to 6a charge rate...
Hi guys, I have a 4100mah SMC lipo on order with the small plug style balancer. Unfortunately the Team Checkpoint balancer I bought has a different style balancer with it.
To be able to charge at the full 1C charge rate I could have bought this for $15:

Instead I bought this (which charges up to 3amps):

I wanted to match this:
I started by cutting off the outermost positive and negative wires:
Then soldered on the Dean's:
I did it for about half price and now have ability to balance charge 2s and 3s lipos up to 6 amps. [sm=thumbs_up.gif]
