Default Do people balance their wheels?

I've been reading that some people use lead tape to balance wheels.
Does this change much from a driving perspective?
And how many of you guys actually do it?

PS. For bashing

It makes your car a little easier to drive, smoother, and suspensions parts, bearings, and cvds dont wear as fast. I have the Dubro Prop balancer and it works perfectly. i get my lead tape from a golf store-$4. If you have MT tires or big tires and wheels, your tires are extremely out of balance. If you have unbalanced tires, it is like some of the tire doesnt even make contact with the ground.

My suggestion, if you have $30 and want to try it out, go for it!
