i placed a parts order, and received the email with total......i sent payment via paypal.....which has long since been completed have not received confirmation of payment, shipping info, or parts payment was sent last wed. is this their standard practice?

Exportpro is the distributor for Himoto from Asia. Himotoracingusa.com is the US distributor (Eddie). Exportpro is reliable, but not as fast or as easy to contact as Eddie. I am sure Eddie will chime in about working with Asia on your order, but I personally use himotoracingusa.com, and their service is extremely good. I have always been able to turn around orders in 24 hours from order placement through payment and shipping. Within a few days (from Miami to Ohio), I have always been able to get my parts.

yeah I personally cant speak for exportpro...I am assuming your order will take a couple weeks to recieve

I always order from himotoracingusa and usually recieve my parts within 4 days (usually its 3)....I know this dont help your current situation....but anytime I place an order from someone overseas I dont plan on recieving it for atleast 2 weeks...let alone recieve info via email about my order..some are better about giving u heads up about your order then others..

Sometimes exportpro will ship from miami too, if you want, shoot me an email and I will try and find out what is going on for you.

i was just lookin through this and u got me wondering i get bits from expro and it takes up to 2 weeks to come to the uk (scotland) and yea i dont like the way it takes a couple of days to actually place an order. ur sayin the usa side of things is faster so whats ur delivery time to the uk. thanks

Our handling time is usually 1 day, depending on weekends and holidays. Shipping time really depends on the the carrier so it can be a week to 2 weeks.

I placed a order with exportpro May 1 and got email it shipped may 4 with tracking# and I should get it this week or next.
