Default Himoto Engine Replacement Program ?

I do know that you can send your old engine in and pay some to get a new engine.
My question is what about sending in a new small block and getting a big block?
I am needing a .21 size(prefer SH) for reference purposes.....
I have a brand new SH18 that I pulled from my MTR-2S and kept in a bag. Still has the tag on the pull start.
I guess this question is for Eddie:
How much would it cost to get a .21 if I send in my new SH18?
Or better yet, how much is the .21 with no trade-in?
I only seen the .28 on HimotoracingUSA's website.
