Default newbie here!

I just got my first nitro buggy a red cat 1/10 scale and as this is my first experience i am having difficulties consisting of my car will start and run but as soon as I take the glow plug igniter off it dies! any help would be great!

You glow plug might be dead.

this is so frustrating, its such a feeling of a waist of three hundred dollars due to now today after tooloing around with my carb it wont even fire off and local hobby shop wants to charge fifty bucks just to look at it!

PLEASE Tell me your LHS isnt Hobby People?!!!? Dont let them charge you that much money. Go to a rc track and they will help you for free, and they kow much more than any hobby shop! ARC in Temecula is closest.

I will look into it thanks, and by the way I wasnt bout to pay fifty bucks to them, but by looking through the post it seems im screwed anyway cause I bought a red cat !

Nope your not screwed cuz you bought a redcat. lol. but almost.

Anyway just turn up the trottle trim a bit on the control so the engine is running as quick as possible without moving, then take out the glow charger.
Also make sure you are running rich for break in.

Man, I swear you work for Redcat in some way!!! And runninh really rich is bad for breakin, not good. The engine needs to be 200-220 for breakin, no more no less.
