Default Quick Tech Hobby

Hi,

Has anyone bought from Quick Tech Hobby before ? http://www.quicktechhobby.com/Mercha...Store_Code=QTH

I have ordered + payed some items a few weeks ago but never heard of them since. I've sent 4 emails already but I've got no reply.
Just wondering what's going on here. I'm sure a few of you know the shop.

Thx,
David.

That's true , but I'm in Europe , so calling is my last option.
But I will soon.

Their phone number is 660-827-3577 . I know the US phone prefix is 1 right ? What's the exact phone number I should call from Europe ? Is it 1-660-827-3577 ? Or am I forgetting something ?

Thx for your help.

Easy Rider,

I have ordered from them and they are in fact not a real company or at least not anymore. I've read several compliants from them and their average rating on RCU is 2/10. We tried calling them and got no answer so we told them if they don't call back by tommorow we are filing a complaint against them. After this, we called the Credit Card company and filed a compliant and got the money back.

Other people that had ordered from them had their credit card stolen and had charges on their card from Quick tech hobby.

Here is the RCU info on Quick Tech Hobby and they also have ratings for QTH http://www.rcuniverse.com/dealers/de...artner_id=1396

Allright ! That explaines a lot , thanks man.
I have bought hundreds of times of the internet but this has never happened to me before. Fortunately my order at QTH is for a small amount of money , so no real harm done I guess.
I will bury my hope of ever receiving my order. The amount was about 25$ so I won't bother going true the hassle and paperwork involved to get the money back from VISA.

Thx again for your help.
David.

Well , surprise surprise !
My order from QTH came in the mail today. Exactly 2 months after my payment cleared.

Arrived in good order. Better late than never right.

Thanks Larry from QTH.
Case closed.

And it seems like QTH is still in business afterall.
