What kit are you talking about? If the kit comes with a motor, it comes with the carb. You can pretty much assume that whenever there is a nitro engine provided, the carb will be there. So if the kit does NOT come with the motor, there will be no carb, but if the kit comes with the motor, the carb will be there.
