I have a TRX 2.5 from a Jato. It wouldn't turn over, and was stuck at TDC. I took it apart, and inspected it. I got the engine to turn over, (after a complete break down of the motor), but it will click at TDC, and is very hard to turn through TDC. The EZ Start won't turn it through TDC either. Itried to take the piston and sleeve out to inspect that, and the sleeve is stuck in the motor. Zip tie didn't work, fuel didn't work. The sleeve will come up, but not all the way out. I didn't force it out, because the half I saw looked great, and Ididn't want to force it. So, I just slid it back in for now. Now, back together, the car will turn via the flywheel, but is still clicking at TDC, with the starter not strong enough to get through it. Idon't get it, as everything looks great, and the engine has had less than a gallon of gas through it. Any ideas?</p>

are u sure that the crank and the rod is seated into place all the way if so put a new piston and sleeve in it.
