Sure , almost everything is there . Just take it apart and clean everything maybe even some new screws . I would download the manual off Team Associated`s website and you will have a list of the part numbers for everything you need to get working .
Here is everything about the truck that you can find blow up diagrams and part numbers . http://67.199.85.166/resources/resources.php , just search for RC10GT in the box on the lower left and click go . Will bring up parts listings and diagrams .

Can you take a better pic of the engine ? Looks like it might be a Dynamite engine .

If I can find the piston and sleeve, il sell for shipping cost, like $8. I broke the conrod with probably an hour on the engine, it had massive amounts of compression too.
Here is one of my tubs... They make awesome projects, you can really make them look good. I have a white plastic rc10gt in the works right now.

Here is a link to where I got most of my parts.

Also try Amain as well. But this place has just about everything you will need except for the engine mounts for the Tub Chassis.

Probably be your best bet to buy a new engine if you really want to get it running. Get an O.S. .15cv-rx pull start engine for around $100 or less. They are great engines and it will be plenty powerful for that truck. Plus, you will know it is new. If you buy a starter box and then still need a new engine, it might be a little dissapointing.
Nice find though[8D]

You could do that but make sure the engine has some type of load. If not it will over rev. Or just kill it when you see it start to rev like crazy.

I have started them on the bench. They will idle fine as long as your needles are right. They dont have a load when they are in the r/c and it isnt moving except maybe a very slight amount of drag from the clutch shoes, but its not much different.
