ok this is not right xtm says their engine is 24.7ci that is 404.75cc bigger than my dirt bike

You obviously have not seen a 24.7 in person.

24.7 is just the name of the engine. they aren't saying thengine has 24.7ci the engine is .247 ci

Just a little typo on their web page, no big deal.
