I recently made a front wing for my Bandit XL-5 out of a pretty thin aluminum (to thin) i also think it was to small. What size would one use. I bought a thicker pannel of aluminum. where would you mount it.

I have never heard of a "front wing" on an off road car... but some pan car oval people run splitters. Which is a piece of lexan that runs across the bottom front of the body, below the "bumper".
