What would be a good set of tools that won't break the bank? I've been looking at these http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...8&I=LXKKU4from duratrax. Are these any good? I am looking for tools that are durable, won't strip easily, and are of good quality. I am open to any suggestions.
Thanks

I have a set of the L-shaaped allens I use for something else. I was looking for a set like these, or from pro-line, etc. I find it hard to get the leverage on those screws that I can't reach with the short side.

I have a set of Bondhus allen screwdrivers. Here is a link to a set of metric and a set of sae on Amazon. A lot cheaper than the duratrax ones and just as good.

Unlike their parts, these wrenches are top notch.

Personally I use a husky set of allen keys (I have a grip they slide in if I need leverage that came with the set), a Ratcheting stubby screwdriver that holds all its bits in the handle that I paid $8 for from home depot a few years back, and I have a duratrax ultimate car wrench for putting on rims.

i picked up a stanleyratcheting screwdriver set from wal-mart.
it has hex (allen), sockets, and driver heads. both in metric and sae. cheap and works great.

After looking around on tower, I found these http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...LXK352&P=M
They look good, and a good price.

I have the duratrax drivers (older red handled version) and I must say they are excellent. I have replaced one tip in 10 years. Over the long run, they are worth every penny. Not stripping out bolt heads because the tool steel drivers do not wear down versus damaging bolts with cheap allens that wear out quickly makes the higher up front cost worth it to me.
