The car do not run

My car is new. I did the break in on the engine, and the car runs well.
But now, when should be bether, the car stop, start at first try, the engine runs, and the car do not move, I do not know what to do more. The car is the Nitro ST 15 from Tower Hobbies.
thanks

It runs but doesn't go? Check your spur gear and on back to the wheels. Gotta be there somewhere?

Rock

Maybe you have big rock stuck in Diff.
Maybe rock in belt, or maybe roll backwards, then better.

LOL

Just messing,

Check the belts etc. for debris, and SWEEP that parking lot before you run.
Also check your clutch. If you cant resolve by troubleshooting, take the whole thing apart and put it back together, replacing any worn parts.
You will certainly stumble onto the problem as you put it back together.

Tighten the nut on the spur gear, and make sure the clutch and spur gear are meshing properly. Then while you are at it, you should back out the screws that hold the recoil start on and add loc-tite and retighten. Same goes for the head bolts!!

So it's still not going? Maybe it's in your diff? I took mine apart to put in the bearing upgrades. It's not too bad to tear down and check your gears in there. Also check the c-clip on the opposite side of the spur gear. It goes thru the case and is fastened on the other side. Careful, it seems to me that the c-clip is kind of an odd-ball size, and tough to find outside of a hobby shop.

Could be that if his engine is coming up to speed and not engaging the clutch that his clutch shoes are shot. You should check to see if the clutch bell is spinning!
