I think you can refuse to accept the item when the courier arrives. This way they wont charge you for the return shipping. But I think calling them first is best.

Generally, if you can let them know before they actually ship it, Tower will do their best to cancel it and give you a refund. I have cancelled on a couple of occasions with no problems. You should call them asap.

I believe you need to dial the international access code of 0011, and then the US country code of 1 and then the number. Give that a try, and give it some time to ring as there is often a long connection delay.

0011-1-800-637-6050

From here in the US it is a toll-free call, but from elsewhere I have no idea.

hmm, i might jsut wait till my parents come home lol.. thats any way, cause i dialed that number then some dude said " the standart rate will apply for telstra international calls if this conncects " then i hung up lol, cause i dun wanna be paying $50 for a call haha

Anomie 01-03-2007 11:50 PM

RE: Was Wondering..

That's probably a good idea. They won't tell you the rate, but then it will show up on the bill in a frightening manner. :D

According to their web site, the number to call is 217-398-3636.

For you, it would be 0011-1-217-398-3636, just in case you have the opportunity to call :-)
