Good luck getting your stuff back. Also, not to say it cant happen to anyone, but did you trade a RTR XL-5 rustler for a RTR 4wd slash? Should have known that was a scam.

Agreed, if it is too good to be true, then it usually is. i wouldn't even usually do a trade like this in person as the other person usually wises up and realized that the deal sucked.

Thanks guy for the info, I will defiantly not do something like this ever again. I hope I can get my truck back, its my only race truck I have so all this time I have been skipping going to the track, cause I have nothing to drive. I have an 1/8 buggy coming in the mail when ever it stops being on back order.

yep he's on here. Maxx21. I emailed him on monday and he said he will ship it back some time this week, but we will see what happens.

If you have'nt got your buggy back yet get in touch with the FBI who has a group called IC3, they do everything that has to do with PC fraud.[>:]

Ithink Iwould chalk this up to a very expensive learning lesson (we have all had them before). Good luck, hopefully he sends it back in complete condition like you sent it to him.

I also wouldn't buy anything from anybody on here without Paypal, Sorry to the guys with good feedback, it's just that there is no current protection system in place here for transactions!!! Maybe if guys wanted to trade, the could put equal deposits in each others accounts before trading to make sure everybody got what was coming to them, and that way they could have paypals protection or possibly offer it on Ebay with best ofer or trades acepted, to have both Ebay and paypal protection! Just some simple ideas, yeah it will cost a little more buy way better than what has happened here, and he is not the only person on here that I have read this happening to on Here!!

yea there's that other guy that a similar thing happened to a few weeks back
personally I wouldn't trade just sell it off and bid on a roller or something
