Nitro starter/generator?
I have no idea where to post this question so I'll do it here.
I had this 49cc 2 stoke pocket bike engine that had a pullstart on one end and an electric generator/starter on the other.
You could press a button and start the engine and when you let go the starter acts like a generator for the battery on electronics.
I wonder why this is not being used on nitro engines? Ihave seen some generators for nitro planes and helis but they dont act like starters.
I have also seen starters but they dont act like generators.
Is there something on the market that has a dual role and if not, why?
