Default Radio Controler

I bought a Tamiya TT-01 off ebay, and I need to buy a 2 channel radio controler with FET.
What is FET.

FET is field effect transistor. Probably in an amplifier circuit in the receiver. Sounds like some sort of marketing hype. Just get yourself a decent 2 channel radio and don't worry about FET, it isn't likely a real requirement.

What are you looking to spend on a radio?

They probably meant b.e.c. ( battery eliminator circuit) which will allow you to run off the 7.2v pack instead of a seperate receiver pack. What radio do you currently have? That will determine what receiver you want to use.
