Please suggest 8 ch radios that can control switch activated functions
I'm interested in finding out whether standard land based 8 ch transmitters can be configured or come with only switch controlled functions. I have considered using servos to activate switches at the receiver end and could use 4 ch that way.
Are there plug compatible switch controllers that look to the receiver like servos?

Something like the [link=http://www.dimensionengineering.com/PicoSwitch.htm]PicoSwitch[/link] can turn any radio channel into a switch.
