Default Sick of the AM RTR Radios..

I have been in this hobby for about four years and have used nothing besides your basic 2 channel AM radio.

I am sick of the glitches and tunning options. So I was wonder if this was a good radio- [link=http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_info.php/products_id/3449]JR XS3 [/link] I am on a budget and this looks like a great deal. I was thinking about a DX2 as well but this looks like more bang for the buck.
Thoughts? Thanks..

That's a fine radio you got there. Try www.dirtcheaprc.com for the JR XS3 Pro if you want some extra features, but it's defo not needed.

Good luck!

DirtCheapRC has the Pro for $199
AMainHobbies has the pro for $114

I was going to buy the DX2 from them though.

Thanks for the reply I think I need to order one.

i just bought the DX3R yesterday im loving it , makes rc more fun knowing your not going to have interferance issues , i used to run the stock am & fm radios and about two years ago the glitching and interferance wasnt so bad , but now the glitching and interferance has become ALOT WORSE FOR SOME REASON , thats why i made the change

I hope I won't have any interference with this FM (at least it's Synthesized).. I think Spectrum makes a module for this radio as well if I ever want to move into 2.4 Ghz technology[8D] Can any one confirm this?

Darn, I would have thought they would have a module for it.

Yeah, I am liking AMain more and more.. From there great sales every month to there free shipping for orders over $100 (they have shipped it priority a few times for free[X(])

I didn't want to pay shipping for this radio (about $11) and it was just under the $100 limit ($99.99) to be eligible for free shipping. So I also bought a pack of A Main stickers for $0.60 cents and got it shipped for free $0.60 cents shipping ant to bad.

Very satisfied with my JR XS3 - two years and not a single glitch.

Nice, I can't wait till it gets here.
I sure have ordered a lot in the last week, should have about three big packages sometime this week. One contains a very highly anticipated Revo

Ordered a new engine for my buggy (Axial .28).. Hoping the 3.3 in the Revo works well.
