"Vanishing Point" r/c Dodge Challenger (with build pictures)
Hi, everyone! I'm a huge fan of car movies (i.e. Gone in 60 Seconds, Vanishing Point, Cannonball, etc). Anyhow, I commissioned an r/c version of Kowalski's 1970 Dodge Challenger from the '71 film, Vanishing Point. I wanted to show you my video, and get some feedback. The first 3 minutes of the video is devoted to seeing the Challenger in action. And the last 16 minutes is a discussion with Billy C (who made the car for me) on how he built it. That is awesome ,an great job!...
I'm a huge fan as well....Lol...Its ironic ,because I was just thinking about that movie the other night!
I could have swore that the car was more yellow ,I had to go look at some pics ,but it appeared that it was whitesh.
however,the movie is old!...
But any how ,great job!....love the vid!....
Theres another movie that popped in my head ,I will find it an show a pic. ,It
kind of fazed out!

Thanks for watching this video! Yeah, the movie car looks a bit yellowish later in the movie as it gets a bit dirtier (plus the movie being pretty old too, as you said) haha! Have you seen the 1997 remake with Viggo Mortensen?

I went an searched the web alittle ,but couldn't get a full vid on it ,I think it was the Moonshine express with John Saxxon in it.
I only got to see the movie one time back in the day ,an do not remember the yellow mustang ,I could have swore that he drove
a candy apple red cuda or challenger in which he probably does at one point in the movie!
But ,I want to see the movie again!...

No ,didn' tknow there was a re-make ,have to see that one!
I went an searched the web alittle ,but couldn't get a full vid on it ,I think it was the Moonshine express with John Saxxon in it.

I've never actually seen that movie. I'll have to go order it! And I think someone uploaded the '97 Vanishing Point remake onto YouTube
