RE: First try
I capture it in Windows Movie Maker 2. It's free and easy. Then you have lots of settings when you save the movie. The files will be big. That seems to be the nature of the beast. Mine are usually around 12mb for 4 or 5 mins. Even with a 5 or 6 mb file from windows movie maker I still don't get the trail that seems to follow behind rc's in lots of videos. Try that, could be the program you're using. Rendering is the key though.

Actually I did use Movie maker through a Pinicale capture device
With the default settings,
When I use Pinnicale Studio to capture I get the same quality
Seams like there must be a better way, Maybe someone know the optimal capture settings?
I see some online video the is much clearer with the same or smaller file size?

RE: First try
When you capture it in make sure you capture it in in the highest quality setting. What rate did you save it as at the end when you saved the movie?

Sure I can capture and save as a larger file but who wants to download a 500mb file
What's the optimum file size or format to save it in for play back on the web?
I mean this little crappy 3.5 min video is 5mb+ what would be too big?
This I saved at a low setting 150kb/sec so it wasn't huge
