stripped my diff what shall i get to repalce it

stripped my diff what shall i get to repalce it
Hi guys
heard a rattle every now and again from my gear box and found that i have striped one of the small gears on the diff so i guess im going to have to get a nice ball diff
whcih one shall i get im looking at the 3 racing one has any one sued this and if so how do they find it over the stock one
also dose any one have 3 racing swing shafts and are they any good, and the 3 racing slipper adaptor
i am open to recomendations on other makes
