I used windows movie maker and you can bring down the size when you are saving it. It asks you what size you want it so it was easy.

yea i have movie maker, but i can't transfer the video from my camera to movie maker i have to do it with PIXELA IMAGE MIXER. right now the movie is mpeg. so movie maker won't open it. it plays in media player, but not movie maker. how do i get it to open in movie maker, is there a way to convert it to wmv. file type?
