MRC Super Brain 959 Broken!
I plug the charger into the wall and it starts to give me a voltage readout of like 15-18 jumping inbetween the two on random numbers. After I plug a completly dead battery it gives me a voltage readout of 8.2 or higher. So after I plug the battery in and start the charge not 1 minute after the charge has started it is done. I have tried this with 4 different dead batteries. Please Help!
