OK...So I've been using streamers that I had from back in 2004-2005...Old, I know! What is the best source for the 1' black streamer material. I am looking for quantities in bulk!

Thanks Mad Max....I'm familiar with the material. Just can't seem to find a good source. I think everyone used to get the from Hat Trick.....is Mr. Fredric's still around?
